Watermarking Question: Leave it on??

Hi, I hope I have the right thread for this question.

Do those of you who place your own border and watermark on a photo sell the photo with the watermark/copyright still on the picture?? For example:

This one, I have put the copyright on the picture (bottom right) in PS. Do those of you who do a similar thing sell your pics as is? Or would you remove it before sending off? I'm not really sure what to do. I'm trying to decide whether to put this on all my pics, or just stick with the smugmug watermark that I currently use and not have to worry about it. Any comments appreciated.

Except for my stock photography, I leave it on all my images. It comes as part of the package. Though I like it displayed so people can see who I am and seek me out if they want a print too, I do leave it low enough where if a person were to frame it, can be covered.

    Mine are here http://philipwood.smugmug.com.

I'm not a photo seller (yet), but as a photo buyer I have no problem with a small tag like that. I can even tolerate ANSEL ADAMS pasted 3" high on a fantastic shot. I say leave it, but I like the consideration of making it coverable should someone want to frame it as philip mentioned.

    Oh, and great shot! clap.gif

Thanks for the feedback I worship the king. I think my feeling (if I were buying) would be the same. I might end up going with this.
