New 70-200mm f/2.8L USM

Wife and I just purchased a new 70-200mm f/2.8L USM (non-IS) lens and man is this thing awesome. We went to her cousin's wedding last weekend and got some decent shots (all thanks to the lens, I assure you).

I just loved the candid of these two:

    nice framing and expressions! i think it still looks a little dark and flat, though. in pp'ing i would try upping the contrast (and exposure setting if you shot in raw).
    have fun with the lens, i am jealous thumb.gif

    Thanks for the suggestions. My wife took the shot and I did the pp'ing on it - so how it looks in that regard is my fault :)

    I'll load it back up in PS and see if I can't make it 'pop' a bit more.

    The main problem with the shot is white balance. See the blue cast on the white dress. Here is a quick edit for white balance and exposure (you don't need to shoot raw to correct exposure) with a little added contrast.

    Keep in mine I did this with a tiny file, you could do much better with the original. :D
