Photo Sharpening

I was building a new gallery this morning for an event and noticed a new category (or new to me anyway) called "Photo Sharpening". I looked on the blog and in Dgrin for information on it but can not seem to locate any. Is there somewhere that documents this tool that I am overlooking?

That certainly does help Andy. (Not been a good day so far!) I was so fascinated by this that I did not even notice the 'help' link. Too interested in the new items!
