Hi Janis,

When a customer buys, they are asked to put in an order password, so that they can review their order later.

Ask them to write us at the help desk and we'll sort them out, no worries

Janis, you should really order your own prints and try it out so you know exactly what the customer sees and does Price some images at .01 over cost, and buy a few prints while you are logged out of your site
