I saw this thread, read it, and ran down to the mailbox. :cry :cry :cry :cry
Oh, and Boston is spanking Cleveland 10-1 , bottom of the 3rd inning
:splat
Red Sox :beatwax may have rocked the Tribe's world last night,
But I got my strap today and all is right with the world (well, almost)
Very nice quality both on the shoulder piece and where it attaches to the camera. Took off my neoprene LowePro!

Baldy: Hey Sheaf, check out these cool straps. If anyone wants one can you send them one?
Sheaf: Sure, no problem!
5000 email requests, followed by 5000 "should I have sent a PM instead" PMs, followed by a few hundred "hey why didn't I get mine yet" messages later...
Sheaf: AAAAAHHHHHHHHH! :help
Hang in there Sheaf, you are doing an awesome job!
Haha, something like that, except that I love this thread. My wife helps alot with the straps and she loves checking for new photos and happy strap-wearers here.
People tend to be very picky about their photography equipment (and rightfully so), which made us a bit worried about how the straps would be received. I'm sure not everyone will love their strap, but seeing all the positive feedback here and the great photos makes the job of shipping them out much more enjoyable.
P.S. Even though we are out of stock (well, have more orders than we can fulfill with our current supply of straps), you can still send an email to request a strap and we will ship it out when we get our next batch in. It might take us that long just to ship out all these straps we have.
Here's mine hot off the mailbox, thanks to the awesome Sheaf, Baldy, and the whole gang.

Words fail me.. nearly.. not only is Smugmug a great company to deal with, not only do they give us great goodies and not only do they take the time to read and reply to posts.. but they also go the extra mile. And very polite too.
You guys are amazing
I was thinking the exact same thing, they rock!!!!!! (I have not received mine yet either...but I can wait! )

Got my strap yesterday.
I am now presented with a dilemma as I am indeed picky about the camera straps & have a Pro Loop on the camera. Not to worry though, the SM strap is far too nice to just set aside--I'm going to think of something imaginative to use it with. I'm thinking of a way to rig it onto my Mamiya.
darn-it! I should've had mine mailed to where I am in Germany...now I have to wait til I get back to Arizona in mid-December. They look SO comfy --- I whine about how uncomfortable that Canon strap is walking around Munich!
Got Smuggy !
Received mine to day. Thank You Smuggy. The day job has me on 12s for the next 2 weeks but will incorperate smuggy with my latest project that is all most completely finished. :ivar
Incidentally, my daughter received her SmugStraps the other day too.
That series is great! It goes from "Hunh, okay, this is weird but daddy's here. I'm cool," to "Okay, not so sure about this anymore. What are these things?" to "Right. I'm done. Get these the heck off'a me!"

I did the same, and got mine yesterday, so I would say it is safe to say that your strap is on its way home
Thanks!

My strap came in the mail today, even though I put the wrong address in my PM to Sheaf!
Thanks to the entire SmugMug team. The strap is great.
Here it is, on one of my motorcycles (the smallest one)
It's on the camera, and ready for action tonight.
