    Yeah, I saw that too. But one day I was logged into my SmugMug account, and I clicked on that link and it sent me to an order form. I filled out the form and submitted it, and got my strap!
    So, if you have a SmugMug account, try it from there.

    I clicked the link to request for a strap, filled in my info about a week or two ago and I just got my strappy. It was a neat surprise in the mail. Ooooh i'm so excited!

    Click on this link and fill out the form. I filled out the form a couple weeks ago so since people are getting straps in the mail, I guess I will be getting mine soon too. I can't wait.

    The bad news:
    • Word suddenly got around about our very cool straps and we had a run on the bank. As of February 25th, our stock was nearly depleted.
    • We're sorry to say it takes us almost 3 months to get a new shipment. Argh.
    The good news:
    • We've ordered lots more. And did we mention that they're very cool? They're a little bit stretchy to absorb shock (but not enough to bounce). They have soft rubber inside that doesn't slip off your shoulder.
    We're really sorry we can't take your strap order today, but we hope you'll return when we receive a new shipment.

    good to know. Now, I'm not sure if I actually will get mine soon or not. Can't remember if I was logged in or not, but I do know I got to fill out the form.

    I have been using my straps and stickers everywhereclap.gif ...my car,on my helmet -skiing in Lutsen...My all cameraswings.gif have the strapswings.gif .
    I would love to know where do they order them frombowdown.gif ,I would like to put my name on it would be very coolmwink.gif .

    Stickers arrived months ago but as yet no strap ne_nau.gif I think the postman must have absconded with it. Is there anyway to check if mine has been sent or not?

    Oh My WORD!!!! I got my strap in the mail today and it is AWSOME!!!!! The entire strap is that soft neoprene feeling stuff, it feels so nice. Last time I wore the camera around my neck I got a brush burn from the Nikon strap that came with my camera. This is going to feel so good. I'm going to a Relay for Life (Breast Cancer) event tonight and I can't wait to show off my new strap.

    We were getting hammered by freebie sites again, so we had to limit the straps to paying customers. If you have a SmugMug account, just log in and visit the page.

    I'm curious, I ordered my strap about 2 weeks ago and I was wondering if they're still out of stock because of demand, or if this is just normal processing time.

    If the latter, anyone have a guesstimate of when it'll arrive?

    Sad news! My treasured smugmug camera strap has died! The seam split completely from left to right and had created a pocket of no use! I can no longer count on it to protect my Canon 50D!

    Is it possible to get another one?

    I will send the damaged one back to prove its condition!

    It really got many responses at drum corps shows! Strangers would come up to me & introduce themselves to me because they recognized my face from my smugmug website and when they saw the smugmug camera strap it was the final proof!

    And I must say, it is so comfortable!

    I think mine took at least a month to arrive (June 12th)

    Be patient guys - I waited for about a year, then out of the blue, it turned up 2 weeks ago!!
