Is auto-convert to sRGB from AdobeRGB busted?

Is the "auto-convert from AdobeRGB to sRGB upon upload" feature broken right now?

Someone else's gallery that I got sent a link to that was just uploaded a few days ago has AdobeRGB originals and the corresponding washed-out colors in Firefox. I thought you did an auto-convert to sRGB if AdobeRGB files were uploaded.

Yes, it's being fixed right now, should be back to normal in a day or so, I hope.

MY STRONG recommendation for people is that they should convert before uploading, as we say here.

Yeah, I only upload sRGB myself. This was a pro who took some pictures of a local sports team and put them on Smugmug. I thought the colors looked weired and I was able to figure out that they were AdobeRGB which is why the colors were off.
