Problem with customization

I don't know what's going on but, I have been customizing the site for the last hour or so and suddenly....

I'm logged in and enter a gallery to add a photo but....
non of the options are showing (add photo, or any of the drop down boxes). This is happening in FF AND IE. All my cookie settings are correct (have not changed).

This has been happening to me off and on now for days. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening at this moment?

    Login / out from www.smugmug.com

Clear your smugmug cookies and then login from www.smugmug.com

Be SURE you aren't logged in as a "guest" :)

    Just so you know.........
I think it's important to ALSO mention that I do see control panel button, order backup, etc.......

it's when I enter INTO a gallery that all the customization and options drop downs are now showing.

Explain that odd one to me?

    Ok now......
    Thank you.

I cleared my cookies, it's ok now.

Why do I have to clear my cookies for this to work properly?
    Just curious.

You don't, normally - if you login / out from www.smugmug.com and if you keep your cookies and don't log out.

    You're not making sense, Andy
    It's happening Again.

you are not explaining to me why..........

    1. the buttons for add photos, control panel, order backup, and themes are appearing but......

when I go INTO a gallery, all the drop down and options are gone.

    All......
in the SAME session, Andy. I in no way am meaning to offend you here but, this is really becoming a huge annoyance to me. It's slowing me down BIG time in my customization and, well...... I will not say anymore.

I'll come back in the morning when MAYBE everything is working properly on Smugmug and wait to see your answer to my previous reply.
