adjust crop tool not working?

On the pro sales page, I've tried in both IE and FF to adjust crops, but the returned image on the order summary (for that particualr order) will not show a crop.

Is something wrong?

    Are you adjusting in only one direction - like sliding the crop box up/down or left right? Or are you adjusting in two directions?

    If the former, doing the latter (even a few pixels) will fix it. It's a bug in that tool, and we'll get it fixed.

    Or you can crop on your pc, and replace the photo with a new cropped photo.
