How to populate this with galleries?

I tried searching but, too many results and not drilled down enough, sorry.

I have this gallery I created called "Customer Galleries" here.....

and I now want to create sub galleries INSIDE this gallery. They will be The Smith family, the Acree Family etc. from photo shoots of each family etc.
What is involved in doing this, your guidance will be greatly appreciated.
