no back to photo; no go to shopping cart

Firefox 2.0.0.8

I logged off to make sure only the two print options I wanted were in fact available. But I'm stuck! Worse, my potential customer would be stuck.
No buttons are available to finish the purchase or to navigate back to the photos. If I flip to full screen I can see simplify, but that doesn't get me out of the page.

Hi Synature, did you scroll downwards? You can't see them, as you've got a lot of toolbars running in your browser and so you've used up lots of browser real estate.

If you don't see them, please provide a link to the gallery you were buying from and we'll have a look for you thumb.gif

EDIT: I could read the gallery link. Here's what I see:

    And here is IE:

If I click the browser back button a couple of times, I get back to a place where the first stage of the cart shows with scroll bars. This is not the kind of thing I would expect a purchaser to be doing, though.

Yes, I've got a lot of bars taking up browser real estate, but that's not the problem. The scroll bar on the main page behind is disabled and the scroll wheel does not make the page scroll. This gallery is private now only because I've got to work with someone else on this group of pages, but anyone is welcome to look at it.

I noticed the same kind of problem in another gallery, acting on a hunch. Both of these are using the smugmug style so I can display X3 size images, and in both cases, I had clicked the buy icon from the display of the X3 size.

    and
    http://synature.smugmug.com/gallery/3657190

In both cases, if you click the browser back button twice, the main page scroll bar becomes visible and the scroll wheel works again.

This does not happen if I click the buy button without selecting a display size to take over the screen.

OK, closed out and restarted FF 2.0.0.8
Here are the steps I follow to get this situation:

    First go to http://synature.smugmug.com/gallery/3657190#208794561
second, mouse over the image on the right and select the x3 size
third, click on the shopping cart symbol
At this point I have a display where the cart items scroll, but the window behind does not, and I can't get down to the other buttons.
If I click the browser back button at this point, the scroll bar for the the window behind, the main browser window, becomes visible and works.

While it is true I take up a lot of real estate with my bars and such, I know many users who normally work with small browser windows and do a lot of scrolling.

I get the same if I stretch my browser window down. There are no page scroll bars and can't get to the bottom buttons.

OK we've been able to replicate this sort of behavior and will fix it. THanks very much!
