Uplaoded Picture missing

Last night i uploaded a picture to a private gallery. When i'm logged in i can see the the photo. When i'm not logged in the photo is not showing up.

I don't know if you need the password. This picture should be in the #1 position.

I'm on my work PC now and same thing. I'm using FF as my browser and I cleared the cache on both PC's. When i'm logged out 2 B&W pics when logged in, Voila 3 B&W pics .

Logged in 96 pics in gallery, logged out 95 pics in gallery .
