Ok...
I'm looking to get a 1D body. I have a couple of options to present. I want the 1D for it's 8 fps and 1 series AF, so please don't message me for trades unless you have a 1D to deal. I'm a longtime poster at the POTN forum site (forkball) with good seller rating and on ebay I'm forkball68 also with a 100% rating.
Option A:
1D mkI for my 20D (no grip) and Sigma 17-70 lens combo. The 20D was serviced last year and used a handful of times since. I have a 5D and 30D that get used most of the time. The sigma 17-70 lens is a really decent walkaround lens for the APS-C format systems.
Option B:
1D mkII for my complete (with 120/220 film back with insert) Mamiya 645 AFD with 80mm f/2.8 lens, 150mm f/3.5 lens, and poloroid back. The AFD is compatible with all of the digital back options out there from Mamiya, Leaf, and PhaseOne.... Even the Kodak DCS digital back which would be a cheap way of getting into digital MF.
Option C:
1D mkIIn for the medium format gear listed in option B, PLUS my Minolta Dimage multiscan with 35mm slide, 35mm strip, and medium format with all masks included. The scanner is a dedicated film scanner and works great! I will also throw in all of my 120 film which is probably about 20 rolls of B/W, Color neg, and Color reversal film.
Anyone interested?
Here is a shot taken with the Mamiya and 80mm lens, and the color negative was scanned with the Minolta scanner:
