Upload problem

Seems as if I am having a problem uploading from my home PC. Work is fine, but whenver I try to upload images from home, as soon as I click on the "add photos" link explorer shuts down, page disappears. Now if I clean my cookies cache out it fixes it, but only temporarily.

Any suggestions would be appreicated.
