I really want to make this photo work, but my framing was all off. I have been cropping and recropping, undoing, cropping again, and so on for about an hour now. I want to stab the photo through my screen. :bluduh

Is there any crop that can makes this thing shine? Or should I throw in the towel now? (Reshoot not possible as this was in AZ, and I am now back home in DC.)

how bout tighter so you're right with the guy
gets rid of teh lights on the ceiling and the small screen/reflection? on bottom right?..kinda puts main screen on left third of image?

but this loses the big 3 screen feeling.
i'm sure you've tried this already?

I did try it, but not as tight as that. I was a bit sad to lose the "big screen" feeling," but it does bring you right in with the guy. I'm afraid to cut out too much context. headscratch.gif I'll think on it some more.

    And thanks, btw! :D

Try a 10:4 pano with the top and bottom cut out?

i feel your pain. i have been recropping my image for two days!

I know you can't shoot again...but i so wish that the man in the picture was leaning back in his chair.

I don't know if you want this answer, but i think the image is ok as is. If anything, maybe a little off the top.

I have this crop saved as a custom crop in Lightroom. rolleyes1.gif I am seriously going to trip my hair out over it.

I'll try 'em all again in the morning to see if I change my mind. Thanks for the suggestion! :D

Kind of a combo of all the previous suggestions. Better? ne_nau.gif

    I think it looks good!

Edit: Could you remove that item on the ceiling that is just slightly intruding into the scene? Either one more minor crop or clone it out.
