Trip to japan
So i just returned from Japan last week, went over there for my oldest Brothers wedding! Was quite fun i dont have as many pictures as i would like though but i have a few
1. We landed at Narita airport which is on outskirts of Tokyo took an hour long train ride into Tokyo threw our bags down then went to get some darn FOOD!! I had to get used to not having a chair and having to sit on the ground
2. After dinner we went up to my brothers apartment which had a great view of Tokyo the Itabashi district to be specific.
3. another from his apartment
4. The next day we got up and just walked around through some small markets and such ( which i wish i had some pictures of :cry ) But did stop off at a temple
5. Parents infront of an old bell at the temple.
6. Family infront of the temple.
7. Best i could get of the inside, not allowed to go all the way up there stairs :cry
That was about it for that day just went back to my now sister -in- laws parents house for dinner.
8. When i woke in the morning looked out window of our hotel and was interesting to just see city as far as the eye could see.
Then had to get moving along though since we had a wedding to get to!!
9. Sisters in kimono's, oh no!
10.
11. Brother and his wife
12 Parents with my brother (the groom)

I will be right there in Tokyo for a wedding in exactly two weeks. I am very interested in seeing the experience through your eyes. This wasn't the Meiji Shrine, was it?

3B. Presenting the parents with flowers
4B. Before cutting the cake
5b. And after.....
After the formal reception it just turned into a younger crowd going around partying so needless to say i didnt end up with many pictures due to drinking......
Next few days we went around to see what we could before coming back home.
6B. There was a ton of prayes tied up and this small stream running infront of it outside a temple.
7B I guess this was like a minor temple since it was so small, but not really sure.
8B. The bigger temple, wish i didnt have to crop it so much but there was a Van on the side that they were i guess droping some stuff off with and didnt really like it in the picture. Also i did a little bit of color corection on the sky not sure how well it worked.
9B.Incense infront of temple to breath in and cleanse yourself.
10B. Ceiling inside the temple
11B. Another section of the ceiling.
12B. Our last day we were more in the city went thru the street known as "Hell street. Which is crowded like this from time the stores open till they close everyday.
I hope you all have enjoyed my small story, and i see now i got a ways to go before my next trip. I wish i would have taken many more pictures!! but i got enough to remember my time there i think.

I thoroughly enjoyed looking at your photos. They are excellent and so interesting. It is the first time I have seen a Japanese wedding. Great memories for you and thanks ever so much for sharing.
Cheers
