Introductory Letter

Hello all,

I am wanting to do a mailer, which will include a letter, to all the high schools in my area, introducing myself and my services, in the hope of securing some Prom bookings for 2008. The only thing is I am useless at writting such letters, so I am asking for ideas... has anybody wrote a simlar letter that could give some tips??
