Not getting any emails for sales

I got an email for my very first order and thats been it. I've since had orders for prints and downloads, but no emails. I checked my spam folder just to be sure they weren't landing in there. I have changed the email address in my Smugmug account in hopes that it will come through to that.
Has anybody else experienced this?

I ran into a someone the other day who had ordered photos from me, received them, and loved them, but I didn't recall ever seeing that order. I always make it a point to write a personalized thank you to my customers, and I thought maybe this time I had overlooked the email receipt all together. Well, I went and looked thought my pro-sales data in my control panel, and there it is! I search my inbox for the order number, however, and I find nothing. I don't think this has ever happened before. Any ideas?

Thanks as always. I was just getting ready to start a new thread since I have been involved with the SM helpdesk since the first thread started a few days ago and they hvae been very good and I am sure they will track it down. You guys do great work and can't wait to send the yeah it works again email.....

Unfortunately I am in the same boat as some other Smuggers. I had 2 orders this morning and haven't received email notification. The order numbers are 416498 and 416382. Thanks as always for the support!

I feel like I'm neglecting my customers a bit. For the meantime, I'll try to get into the habbit of checking my prosales control panel at least once a day and writing my usual Thank You's.

I think I had a proof-delay order get out from under me which was cropped poorly. And, she realized and re-ordered on her own, all before I could intervene.
It's the W image in this order: 416763
Originally ordered with the incorrect crop here: 415895
(Honestly, I didn't expect anyone to order that one, or I'd have set the image pricing to not include rectangular sizes.)
I wrote her and told her to contact me directly before her next order, and I'd give her a print on me. I meet her at the school pep rally every week, so that was easy enough for me to offer. Wasn't sure what to do.
Anyway, glad it's all back to working now!
I just received an email notification from an order placed this AM! Many thanks to the SmugMug Techies for fixing the problem.
