I don't have it set up yet for my customers to be able to buy prints, but can I still order prints? If so, how does the pricing work? Does smug mug still take a cut, etc.?

Thanks,

Katie

If you're logged in you will get charged the default price not your customers.
Put some prices in and check logged in and out.

I don't want my customers to be able to buy prints right now...but can I still order prints w/o setting prices for my customers? When I'm logged in the "buy this photo" option is not there, I guess b/c I don't have the prices set for my customers?!

    Thanks,

    Katie

printing must be enabled in the gallery settings - gallery tools>customize gallery. Files must have enough resolution in order to be for sale as well... http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality

If you don't want visitors to buy, temporarily passwor the gallery, then make printing available, then order prints, then un-password it :)
