Great shots! I love the perspective in the last three. All of these are spot on with exposure, which I appreciate because I always have trouble balancing highlights and shadows on sunny days.
The contemporary edge to your compositions is really pleasing, too IMO.
#3 I think is my favorite... any chance we could see it in B&W?:D

Worshipper, as requested - here's a monochrome version. BTW the monument is the Alamo Cenotaph, a.k.a. "The Spirit of Sacrifice". It was completed in 1939 by the sculptor Pompeo Coppini. The cenotaph stands across a plaza from the Alamo.
I thought San Antonio was just a market place with one old mission... guess I will have to adapt my views.
Would you have more shots from San Antonio? I would love to see more...
I am very much interested in the Alamo. Is it correct that there are five missions in that town?
Way you inspired me alot! i just love every photograph you posted! but if i have to choose just one...Il think i go with the 2nd. Just amazingly clean and simple and with gr8 exposure.

Photocat, yes there are five missions and a cathedral in town; all built by the Spanish in the 1700's.
Thank you to all who posted encouraging words. I'll post more San Antonio images soon.
