rss feed host? portnumber?

I am trying to integrate my rss feeds from my smugmug account into my weblog (located on a seperate hosting server). I have been told by my hosting company that my hosting server is behind an ip based firewall and outbound connections are disabled by default. They can enable them for me but I need to know what is the ip address of smugmugs (my) rss feed host? IS it specific to my smugmug site ie: http://brianboingphotography.smugmug.com/ or is it just : smugmug.com? or maybe somethig else?

Also, I need to know what is the portnumber that smugmugs rss clients connect on?

I would suggest using either www.smugmug.com or api.smugmug.com, and port 80.
