Broke my leg at work Tuesday.... Been cooped up in the house. Was able to go though some of my many resent shots. I am bummed that to have all this time off and cant go outside. Just can not seem to get inspired by anything in my house. Miss my camera any ideas for inside shooting would be welcome.
But for now hope you injoy one of these. MM

Ideas for inside - normal water shots- drips, drops on cds etc. I often do flowers. can be interesting just to take a common object and see what you can do with it - eg a coin

Ohhhhh dear, sorry to hear you've broken your leg MM.
Hmmmm keeping occupied while you recover.....
Lets see .... have you got any small cars or coins, any kids?
or kids toys that you could photograph ?
I love your first shot
I believe it is a Virescent Green Metallic Bee (Agapostemon virescens)
Their eyes are quite remarkable aren't they.
Hope you have a speedy recovery and can get up and about real soon.

No kids or toys, but water drips sound cool to try. I have spent some time feeding the birds out the front window of my home... maybe its time to re-visit them. Either way you all have got me thinking. Thanks for that. Mark:D

Thank you for getting me thinking...now i have a list for the long winter days!!!

Incense is that the word you where looking for. I reached out my front door last night and cut a peice of plant off. Stuck it in a vase and tried to make some water drop.... Have not had any luck yet but will keep trying.
Thanks for the great ideas. I remember when I got my first camera... I played with the flame of one of those tiki torches... That was cool. MM

To add to your list there is also perfume and after shave bottles...bottles of whatever.....still life compositions....
Thank you for the smile...like these shots...looked fun to do!!! Thinking of getting some childrens blowing bubbles stuff...thought they might make pretty colored bubbles...then theres washing up liquid.....bubble bath foamy stuff...soon there will be such a list we will be busy all the grey days of winter!!!!!!
Patricia........
Bubbles would be very cool. No kids here.... maybe thats why I am not thinking of these great ideas. But I do have a dog... wounder what he would think of some bubbles blowing past his nose? You must have kids or be a kid at heart to thinking up these things. Thanks MM
