Sharpening question

After editing the full size image (that is saved at 7 quality - web version), should I sharpen it? When it's resized on smugmug, it's also sharpened (to my settings). So..both, or just one? People won't be able to see anything near the fullsize...my viewable images will be about 500px wide.

I'm going to replace those with for-print ones when I get orders.

Thanks! I think I'll sharpen twice.
