Definitely PS out that yellow sculpture - it's quite distracting. You may also want to bump the brightness.

Neat shot, you might want to try Photoshop's shadow tool if you have used it. It works perfectly for shots like this where the shadows are too dark and yet you don't want to blow out the whites of the dogs coat.

Where is this "shadow tool"? Or maybe it isn't in CS2, which is my current version...

THanks for the feedback... looks like i'll be photochopping the yellow sculpture and i'll guve that shadow/highlight tool a shot ! THanks again !!!
