Photo Information Rendering Problem

I was looking at my site and noticed that the "Photo Information" window is rendering incorrectly in Safari and Firefox on my Mac. It pops the window open, but the background is too short and the "basic" and "Detailed" buttons are not accessible. Here is what I see.
Did I do something in my CSS or is this a smugmug issue?
