I entered this picture in LPS round #15, this is really one of my first portrait and some feedback would be welcome. I really had lots of fun doing this!

Get out of here! One of your first portraits?!? I loved that shot!

The colors are bright without being garish, the DOF is perfect, I love the framing, the lighting is great! Very well done!

The skin tone looks a *tad* yellow, but nothing horrible. Watch for cropping the chin (even though it's not seen).

But this is awesome - and a very fun shot!! clap.gif

Wow. Excellent Shot. The color is amazing and it's very well exposed. Not bad for a first portrait at all. I wish my first portrait looked like this! :D

Thanks for the feedback, it looks like I am on the right track. I have been shooting landscape and artifacts all this time. I just bought a flash and some homemade stuff. Strobist.com has exellent ideas to get started. See you around.
