    Hello Melanie. Welcome to dgrin.!!!!

I get the same thing happening time to time. Some folks run shots larger
that 800 ppi wide by whatever and that can do it over wide right. I try to keep it under 700 ppi wide and under 600 ppi tall depending on the shot.

Computer screen resolution might be an issue also. I have mine at 1024x768.
Even here I get the same problem you mention every once in awhile.
I'd also be interested in what someone else more talented on this topic has to say. :D Michael

Hi there Melanie and welcome to the Dgrin Forum :D
I have not experienced the forum running off my screen myself.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be able to tell you why this happens.

Looking forward to seeing you post some images.

As DaddyO suggested it is best that you keep your images to around or under 800x600 for posting on the forums,
so when your ready to show us some of your work, post away thumb.gif .... Skippy :D

Actually, there are a couple of reasons why you might think the forum runs
off the screen. First, check your screen resolution and be sure it's as high as
possible. 1024x768 or larger. Smaller screen resolutions don't allow for
nearly as much screen real estate.

A large posted photo or more likely, a continuous like that's pretty long will
do it. You can expand your browser and see more. You'll also only seen the
offending post do this. Everything else should look OK. Is this what you're
    seeing?
