no email for print sale

Didn't get an email notification for print order 417666. Luckily, I just happened to notice this order while doing some some site maintenance.

Oddly, I did receive an email for a couple of orders last week when some others were mentioning problems. :scratch

Pete, that order was before we found a problem with the outbound mails. Things are normal now. Sorry about the hassle.

Alright-- I appreciate the reply and help, Andy. Also just got an email from SM looks like some sort of 'ping' test from Apache? I won't post the details here in case it's something that could break the internets (hey, I'm not an internets pro, that's for sure-- way too many pipes for me). I assume that's just a check on this? If so, thanks for the speedy reply!
