Found on the side of the house. Very pretty wings, but I was not able to ID it. No larger than 3/8" long.

Skippy- Thanks for looking. This insect was identified on another forum as an Andromeda Lace Bug (Stephanitis Takeyai). I checked it out and it matches. Has a really weird head, huh? I need to find some good internet sites to track down insects that aren't in my books.
