Morro Rock

This is a continuation of my quest to shoot local.

I was shooting closer to the water just before sunrise and as I was heading back the sun just came over the top of the ridge behind Morro Bay and enhanced the texture of the sand. I turned for one last look before I got to the car and saw this and had to get a shot.

    Just north on highway 1. Its a beach off San Jacinto road (the first light as hwy 1 heads north from morro bay).
