I was a bit disappointed in the landscape category, though. They seem uninspired after viewing Dgrin.

The lightning was close - I'm a sucker for lightning shots
I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.

Ed - I have always loved this shot - and I voted for it - though I must admit two things- I love the Grizzly mom and cubs as well, and the landscapes were pretty well, dull!
