Hey all,

To start, I have model releases from the all the brides and grooms form the few weddings I've shot.

I have questions about about all the other shots of ppl at the wedding I've taken.

I have dozens of shots of guests (at the brides request) and other verious ppl attending. I set up the entire gallery so it's all printable.

Am I creating any problems for myself in the future since I don't have model releases for ppl I've shot at the wedding other than the bride and groom?

My intentions with the shots are to leave them up on my gallery and allow anyone that has recieved a password from the gallery is allowed to buy them.

-Jon

If you're not going to sell any of the images for commercial purposes, such as advertising, there is no problem.

    That's what I thought Angelo. :D

Any links that you know off hand to documentation like this? I see the links in this forum, just specific links to this type of question...

Nice to leave documentation in my back pocket in case something rears it's ugly head..

    Cheers,

In addition to the Model Release Primer by Dan Heller mentioned in the "Photogs Resource List of Threads" sticky, he also has a more in depth article. Section 8.5 (http://www.danheller.com/model-release.html#8.5) has some information on selling something as Art vs. using it to sell or promote a comercial product.
