City of West Hollywood hosts this annual event held on the actual Halloween day. It is the largest in the world and about 400,000 to 500,000 people come to this mile long party.

Ha ha, yeah, the West Hollywood's carnaval is definately for adults and they state it on the city's website as for this event.
