Some from the Cobourg Harbour

I managed a few during an hour at the Cobourg Harbour today.

1D MkIIn, 500 f/4L IS + 2xTC (1000mm), tripod

I had a local birder ID the shorebird as a Dunlin. If that's not correct, please let me know.

I think this may be the same lone American Coot that was here last winter. He's just arrived.

Okay. Okay. I know it's not a bird but this thing really flies. :biggrin:

It looks like the winter ducks may be starting to arrive now. I have seen mergansers, buffleheads and longtails. Just not close enough to photograph yet. Thanks for looking.
