I've not been too active of late, sorry.. :)

Having seen others all over the web, I figured I would have a go at dewdrops on grass.

I found it hard to even focus on these tiny specks of water and the way the sun hits them made metering hard too. Not up to Lord V's skills sadly..

These are the three that came out best.

Opinions please?

Hi Paul .... the 2nd and 3rd shots are really sharp.
    Brian stacks his images.

Ive not been successful at dewdrops as yet,
I did get wet leaning on the wet ground though rolleyes1.gif

Paul, I think the 3rd is my favorite: the center drop is the largest and the sharpest, drawing attention right there. Plus you got some nice blades of grass reflected in it!

Nice work and these are far better than anything I have attempted. LV is Artist in Residence for a reason and you certainly set wonderful goals :D

    Cheers Schmoo.

I am acutley aware of the wonderous talent Brian has. I see his images here and elsewhere, and one day, I might get half as good as he is and then I'll be happy.

    Thanks for looking.

    Thanks Brian.

I did nothing to the saturation either. Converted from RAW with a crop and some sharpening, and then noiseware to reduce the noise.

    Thanks for your comments.

Paul...love these shots...2 and 3 are brilliant...Look forward to seeing more of them!!!
I have yet to try dewdrops and get the scenery into them....ah well i will have a long wait as winter is almost upon us...but....they say it might snow this week so at least there will be shots to take...Instead of the miserable gey days we have had of late!!!
