Buying prints?

How wold I know when my clients order prints?

It's been a while since I set up my pro account, and I know for fact that my clients have been ordering from my site. But I chect on my control pannel and I seen that I have 0 sales.

I have already fax my I-90 form

Do I need anything else?

You should see sales right away. I've had instances where the email notification didn't arrive, but it's always in the prosales page. Did you set marked up pricing? If the prices aren't set above Smugmug's cost, I believe you won't see purchases on your pro sales page (no profit).

yes, all my client's galleries are st to my custom prices.

Can we do a test.

If I buy something would i get a notice right away?

If you do a test make sure to place your order from a browser where you are not logged in.

If you are logged in you will see and be charged the base SmugMug prices and not the prices that you set - and you will not receive any notification since your custom prices aren't used.
