Ok. I got I know what happend.

When I started with the trial version I used my company email somethig went wrong and I couldn't fixed. so I make another account using my dauther's e-mail. When I decided to upgrade to pro I couldn't use my own email, so I kept it like that.

know I never thought to go into my dauther's email
abd all emial from SM and clients order confirmations went to hers. jaja
(thats why I never new that my clients where ordering)

Now is there a way to change my email with out harming my site's settings?

    You can change your email address in the control panel. In the settings tab under email account.

    I got.

    The problem was that I have created a trial account with different nickname www.coronaphotography.smugmug.com using
    my email then I created www.coronavideo.com and I couldn't use my email anymore, that's why I used another email.

    The result was to go back to coronaphotography and change that email and close that account.
