Clients can't get images ordered...

I have several clients that have contacted me indicating that they have clicked on "buy this image" above a pic and it starts to go to the next step but never does. It seems to lock up. This has happened in several differant galleries.
I have tried to do the same on my computer but it seems to work for me, and I've had other clients place orders from the same galleries and it's worked for them.
Can anyone advise me?
