Hey folks, great forum! Long time slr user, but just a little over a year with digital. I think sunsets are my favorite.

I'm fond of both shots, but I, too, like the second one best. Something about God rays that just gives me chills.

I usually bracket the exposures on sunsets. An old habit from my SLR days. It was one of the main things I looked for when buying a digital camera. Here is the same sunset as the second one, but the exposure has been shortened.
