Change order in delayed stage?

My customer for Order #426570 meant to order an 8x10 instead of the 8x12. Can I get it changed before it's shipped? If not, she said that it is o.k. Thanks!

    Same problem for me too
    Customer ordred an 8x10 instead of 5x7. I haven't approved it for printing yet so I'm also trying to figure out what to do. I sent an email to the help desk.

    Anybody had to deal with this?

    HI, you cannot change the orders, except for color/crop. Mail the help desk, we can cancel, and reorder for your customer. Be sure to give all the details, thanks!

    Thanks Andy. That's what I did and Anne took care of our delima. The new order is on it's way to the printer. Thanks for the help.
