Today's finds from under the rock in the garden, an ugly slug and a newt. Both were slow moving due to the 46 degree temp outside.

Thanks for the comments. The slug was cool, although hard to photograph due to the slimey, wet skin. Something a little different. Wish the newt didn't have so much sand on him. I think he was cold, since he didn't move to fast, and stayed there for a couple of photos. It's been in the 40's at night, so critters are getting very hard to find. Had to resort to some new tactics.

Great shots Gary...I havent got any creepies in my garden now we have already had a few nights with sub zero temperatures ...so it will be a few months before they are back!!!!:cry
