Volcanic Landscape

Hi Folks:
I took this one a while back in central Oregon near the town of Sisters. Lots of Lava land spots there. The green you see is deceptive. A lot of the growth is stunted, charrred, etc. The terrain is blackened volcanic rock for quite a stretch. I found myself only with a Canon S3 IS, but it did quite well. This was taken without a tripod -- I think the IS did its job well. Feedback, thoughts, insight, etc. always appreciated.
