Asking for email address for private gallery?

Hi

I have a few private galleries set up and whilst the individuals are able to view these galleries with their password from home, it is asking for an email address? from their work.

They are using IE apparently, so it is their work setup issue? or did I click a blue button?:scratch

Hi

I'm assuming you mean 'passworded galleries' instead of 'private galleries'? See http://www.smugmug.com/help/private-albums

They are probably clicking on 'login' instead of on the gallery. When you try to enter a passworded gallery (or account/site) you should not be asked for an email address.
