    This was the 1st time I'd ever been so close to Elk! And it was neat to hear them bugle.

    Hi, Very nice shot. I lived in the mountains of Colorado for 20 years and oh how the sounds of the big bull elk echoed through the valleys during the rutting season. Nothing like it once you have experienced it. Well done..clap.gif

    It's down in the 20's here at night now....I should break out the Cammies and go after some Whitetail Bucks here!
    We have at least a 10 pointer at work I should lurk and try to get pics of!
    I'd have no problem selling a nice shot of one of those here in NY.
    Just the matter of getting Him close enough and worse yet me braving the cold!! :D
