Sorting Galleries broken?

I am trying to sort a bunch of sub galleries I have in a main gallery, I click the 'arrange' button and the gallery thumbs appear but I cannot do anything with them.

Am I doing something wrong?
Cheers,
Monte

I just used the tool, it's working fine for me - so can you please detail everything - link where you are working, what browser used, and the exact steps and then the details on exactly what happens or doesn't happen, okay?

    We'll help :)

I've just visited those pages, and the arrange function seems to be fine for me. Are you logged in as a 'guest' by any chance? After you click on the arrange button, what does it say near the top of the screen? "Your photos" or "Guest photos"? Also, does it make a difference if you are trying to arrange them using IE7 vs Firefox?

I am logged in as usual, text says "Your Photos".

OK, I see the problem. I just tried it with FireFox and the gray box on the left is missing in IE7...the one says "Arrange galleries" on top with the arrows.

It is visible in FF but not in IE7 and Vista.

When I've had problems like this, clearing IE's temporary files usually solves the problem.

In case you need the location, from IE, Tools, Browsing History, Delete...

Oops, sorry! I pointed Montec to the right place (deleting the cookies is on the delete history box), but didn't specify which of the items to delete. My bad!

Tried that...still no gray control box on the left in IE7.

I have actually deleted all history, cookies, temp files and restarted IE.

Just wanted to add that I did manage to get the galleries arranged the way I wanted in FireFox so it is not an urgent problem.

Been doing a little more checking...nothing that requires the gray control panel on the left works. I just tried arranging photos from the drop down menu and the gray box is not there either in IE7.
