Pricing Change After-The-Fact?

My first paid job (and primary reason for getting a SmugMug account) is up. I just got word from the person who hired me that one of the people who was given the link to the private gallery is saying that the prices have changed. I haven't changed them and the prices that she's quoting sound like the SM default prices. I uploaded, priced, saved, and then sent out the announcement and I'm wondering if there could have been a lag between the time I set the prices and the time they took effect...? :dunno

Is there any way to see when they took effect?

On a related note, I thought it would be nice to be able to download the pricing that I set for each gallery (I'm a record keeper, I like to keep records...). :rolleyes

Other than this one issue, I am LOVING my SM!!!! :barb

Thanks!

Hi, I Suspect that you didn't get $0 in for all items you don't want, is that possible? Link us to the gallery and we'll help you out right away thumb.gif

Yeah, I did. Basically I removed all of the glossy options and some of the sizes. The thing is, she's saying that the options that ARE available changed prices.

How do I link you to a private gallery?

Just go into the gallery and cut and paste the address from your browser for andy.

You can always check your own prices by logging out of smugmug and checking the gallery as if you were a customer. Or if you have both IE and say Firefox, check it on the other browser that you are not logged into.
"A photo is like a hamburger. You can get one from McDonalds for $1, one from Chili's for $5, or one from Ruth's Chris for $15. You usually get what you pay for, but don't expect a Ruth's Chris burger at a McDonalds price, if you want that, go cook it yourself." - me

I did that and they were fine. The problem is that The Bride's relative is saying that the prices were lower when she first logged on. However, I set the pricing before I sent out the link for the gallery so that should have been impossible --- unless there was a lag between the time that I set the prices and the time that they took effect for viewers.
