Keywords on homepage

I would like to 'START OVER" with my keyword usage. Is there a way to empty/delete all my keywords so that I may be able to add all new keywords to ALL of my galleries again????

    Go through each gallery and use Edit Captions/Keywords (Bulk)

    I have a lot of galleries, is that the only way, I did see that before, but figured that would take forever, :-), if it is the only way, then.......
