Copyright photos with MY name or my DOMAIN name?

I run a website called Shutterscript (http://www.shutterscript.com) and I'd like to start putting copyright notices on my images, but I'm unsure what I should use for the copyright. I would like the name Shutterscirpt to be trademarked / copyrighted, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to copyright my photos with Shutterscript instead of my actual name. I've seen things done both ways and I'm curious as to what goes into this decision. Any thoughts?

Thanks

You should use your name for the copyright, unless you actually form a corporation with your website name. Technically your images are copyrighted from the moment they were photographed, even if you do not formally register them with the copyright office. But it is still a good idea to register them. The "official" way to mark your pictures is to display the copyright sign, followed by the date and copyright holder: © 2007 John Doe. One option for your watermarks is to use your copyright and name AND your website address. Thats what I do on most of my images.
    Hope that helps!
