WTB: Good, used 30D (pref. w/BG-E2)...

Looking to buy a good, USA, low mileage 30D preferably with a BG-E2. I would like to have the main accessories that came with it it possible (ie. software, manuals, strap, charger, batteries) b/c I'm switching over from Nikon. Normal wear & tear is acceptable, but I don't want to buy damaged goods please.

Looking to do this immediately...
