I just purchased another 20D.
I had one of the 1st that came out and didnt have it long.Got a heck of a trade-in on a new 1D MKll. So I didnt have a chance to give it a good work out.
Now Ill have a light weight cam with some punch to carry around..:D
Cant wait to try the 300mm and 400mm with the crop factor :clap

    What a Dynamic Duo :-O
All the speed you could want with the 1D MkII and the longggggggg reach of the 20D. What a combination thumb.gifthumb.gif

After you run the 20D through it's paces, I'd be interested in seeing your thoughts vis-a-vis the 20D's, not so obvious (like busrt rate) shortcomings versus the Mk II. clap.gif

Oh man are you in for some major shooting enjoyment mwink.gif

hey steve, wanna go shoot/eat later this week? I'm thinking coastal region. Maybe some artichoke soup and fresh snapper/chips at Duarte's, then go shoot stuff. I'm trying to talk ian into it, but his work ethic is apparently fogging his vision.
